To register, simply click one of the “Book your test” and complete the online registration form. Test fees can be paid in cash, or via direct bank transfer.

You can transfer your test date up to two weeks before the exam if there's availability. If you need to cancel due to valid reasons like a family emergency or medical issue, you can get a refund by presenting your original receipt, a supporting letter or medical certificate, and filling out the necessary form at the College’s IELTS Office. Keep in mind, if your registration has been processed, there's a US$30 cancellation fee.

Yes, you can switch test modules if space is available. Just visit the UTD Education center with your original receipt to make the arrangement.

Results are available online 1-5 days after a IELTS on Computer test.

Upon receiving your IELTS Test Report Form (TRF), you will find an overall test score along with individual scores for each of the four test sections (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking), graded on a scale from 0 to 9. For detailed information about these band scores.

Certainly, we can dispatch up to five copies of your TRF to academic institutions. This can be done electronically if the institution is listed as a Recognising Organisation by IELTS, or through DHL courier service. Please note: While electronic TRF submission is complimentary, if DHL courier service is required, associated fees will apply.
