UTD English Public Speaking Contest: “Speak Loud, Speak Proud” Inspires Young Voices Across Laos

The competition drew over 50 contestants from various schools and provinces. During the audition round, students presented powerful speeches, demonstrating their creativity, confidence, and passion for learning. From this talented group, the Top 10 finalists were selected to advance to the final round.

In preparation for the final competition, UTD Education provided the finalists with special English Public Speaking training sessions led by experienced UTD teachers. These sessions helped students strengthen their delivery, improve their articulation, and refine their stage presence—ensuring they were fully prepared to perform at their best.

The grand finale took place on 25 June 2023 at Toyota Square, Parkson, where all 10 finalists delivered their speeches live on stage. Each participant presented a topic of their choice, displaying confidence, strong messages, and impressive English communication skills. After careful evaluation, the judges selected the Top 3 winners of the contest.
